2. 5'6" in height

3. must have atleast 2 years in industrial security

4. must be atleast college level

5. 1pc Picture (2x2, white background, wearing Type A Uniform)

6. Photocopy of VALID Security License

7. Photocopy of TIN Card

8. Photocopy of Philhealth Card

9. Photocopy of Pag-Ibig Card

10. NSO Birth Certificate (Original)

11. SSS - E1 Form (Original) or photocopy of SSS ID Card

12. Clearance from previous employer (if applicable - Original)

13. High School/College Diploma or Transcript of records (Original)

14. SSS - Employment Record (Original)

15. Neuro-psychiatric results (Original - most current)

16. Medical Certificate (Original - most current)

17. Valid NBI Clearance

18. Valid Training Certificate/Pre-Licensing (Original)

19. Barangay Clearance (Original - Most current)

20. Drug Test (PNP, DOH Accredited; Original - most current)
